Baked Ham and Egg Cups

Here is one our favourite carb free breakfasts, baked ham and egg cups. These are a great start to your day if you’re on a non-training day.

Ingredients – For 2 cupsIMG_5112

6 slices of ham (free of preservatives)

2 eggs

Salt, pepper, and paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF/190C.
  2. Line a muffin tin with 3 slices of ham. Crack an egg into each muffin spot, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Allow to cool for two to three minutes, remove slowly from muffin tin, and enjoy!
