Here is one our favourite carb free breakfasts, baked ham and egg cups. These are a great start to your day if you’re on a non-training day.
Ingredients – For 2 cups
6 slices of ham (free of preservatives)
Salt, pepper, and paprika
- Preheat oven to 375ºF/190C.
- Line a muffin tin with 3 slices of ham. Crack an egg into each muffin spot, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool for two to three minutes, remove slowly from muffin tin, and enjoy!
