This is a great healthy, low carb, high protein salad that would be the perfect lunch on a non training day or in a wrap/pitta on a training day.
- 1 Tin of Tuna
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 lemon, juice only
- 2-3 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Stalk of Celery
- 1-2 tbsp Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 50g Red Onion – optional.
- Mash up the avocado and chop up the celery into small pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients together and then serve with some salad.
