Tuna and Avocado Salad

This is a great healthy, low carb, high protein salad that would be the perfect lunch on a non training day or in a wrap/pitta on a training day.


  • 1 Tin of Tuna
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/2 lemon, juice only
  • 2-3 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Stalk of Celery
  • 1-2 tbsp Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 50g Red Onion – optional.


  • Mash up the avocado and chop up the celery into small pieces.
  • Mix all the ingredients together and then serve with some salad.
